It's about getting users who see a couple movies a year to sign up for the service, for a slightly reduced cost, and get them in the theater 12 times a year. It isn't a stupid deal like a movie a day for $10 but is still a deal if you save money. Leave the current one as is and a second tier plan of some kind.
