Indoors, in low light, OnePlus' image processing softens images a little but photographs still come out perfectly usable, and Nightscape works very nicely to lift out a little extra detail and colour in dim or dark scenes. As we've already mentioned, the Nord comes with Google's Android 10 operating system, overlaid with OnePlus' OxygenOS 10.5. The bigger point here is, where does the Nord leave the firm's top-tier handsets? Secondly, frame rate drops occurred more often in games that rely on CPU-intensive features. Right now though, if you're in the market for an affordable smartphone which offers a near-flagship experience, the OnePlus Nord delivers... but so do plenty of others.
