After this debacle - I went to guest services and was informed that you cannot claim your tix at the kiosk, but have to go back in the ticket line...SERIOUSLY?!?! Bathrooms are clean and feet don't stick to the floors. The movie was great but this type of behavior and service is the reason I do not attend movie's very often anymore.
