But then I decided to give it a try and love at first episode until the very last, and i don't understand why people soo hate it, they ask why duk sun end up with taek because they think jung pal put more effort.. What if Duk-sun's husband is Taek in JH's body?!!!! and I have been watching for almost 15 years now.. so yeah, I can definitely recommend this drama to anyone there who is trying to decide whether or not to watch this drama.. It enjoyed a double-digit viewership right off the bat, hitting 10% during its second episode. This drama is truly amazing i just wish i didn't spoil it for myself :( but why did the writer bother to make junghwan's character as someone who sincerely loves deoksun into someone pathetic who lost her love by a sad timing and fate. The ending ruined a pretty fantastic drama.
I'm glad that Ryu Jun Yeol's career skyrocketed after reply 1988 has ended. they didn't show how taek and duk seon's relationship revealed to the family. TVN, hwaiting! in one of the episode where they took picture together after his tourney in China and then fast forward to the future, DS actually said this must be one of your happiest moment to the husband and ask do you remember when it is?

Tbh the only thing I disliked was the ending, but you will either love it or hate it depending on who you want duk sun to be with. At least give us DS p.o.i instead of just having her like from one guy to the next the next day. But he is a good chap. This drama made me laugh and cry and feel all type of ways and the themes of friendship, family and love were portrayed so so well. Overall, the drama as a whole was really meaningful, but I have to say that the ending was indeed a disappointment, and perhaps pity for the leading character JH.

I like this drama so much the happiness and the sadness, I felt like a real!!!! Set in 1994, six university students from various provincial areas live together at a boarding house in Sinchon, Seoul, which is run by a couple with a daughter named Na Jung. Park, Go and Lee are seen wearing matching tops of green and white stripes. I enjoyed watching Junghwan's parents bickerings.
